Description:
The new AITX railcar facility is a major industrial addition for the City of Brookhaven and Lincoln County. Dungan Engineering provided civil engineering services to support the development of the site and prepare it for long-term industrial use. Our team completed the site layout and grading design, addressed drainage and stormwater requirements, and coordinated the utilities necessary for the project. We also assisted with roadway and access improvements to ensure the facility could operate safely and efficiently. Throughout the process, we worked closely with project partners and local officials to deliver a design that meets AITX’s operational needs and supports the community’s economic goals. Dungan Engineering remained involved during construction, providing oversight and coordination to help keep the project on schedule and consistent with the design. The AITX Brookhaven facility creates new jobs, expands industrial capacity, and brings lasting economic benefits to the region.
